Pricing Structure
The number one question we hear at Ignited, is "how much will it cost?" Believe it or not, you determine how much you pay for scanning. The condition we receive documents in plays a huge role in the final price.



How do we charge?
  • We charge for each page impression scanned.
  • Documents that require little or no preparation will have a relatively low page rate.
  • Documents that require more preparation or glass scanning will have a higher page rate.
  • A one-sided document creates a single impression whereas a double-sided document creates two.
  • Preparing documents before sending them to us will reduce the scan rate (but is not required).

    How do you judge the difficulty of a job?
  • Straight Run
    		•  Documents are ready for scanning with NO preparation required. All originals are same size and weight. Pages are neither curled nor folded.
  • Light
    		•  Documents may be bound by rubber bands or folders but otherwise have no fasteners. All originals are same size and weight.
  • Medium*
    		•  Documents require some preparation; they are fastened with paperclips, staples, and/or binder clips. All originals are same size and weight.
  • Heavy
    		•  Documents require major preparation; they are fastened with paperclips, staples, and/or binder clips. Originals may be of mixed size and weight.
  • Glasswork
    		•  Documents are bound, irregular or too fragile for document feeder and must be individually scanned on a flatbed.

    Other Important Notes
  • We typically also charge for each CD/DVD, custom labeling, and cutting and re-binding.
  • Relatively small jobs of a few thousand pages can expect to be completed within 1-2 business days.
  • By request, we can provide daily updates on larger jobs.
  • The most efficient way to determine the price for a project is to complete our instant quote form.
