Scanning of Publications
We recognize that libraries don't just contain books -- a lot of valuable information is stored as magazines, journals, or manuals. In most cases, these documents are fragile and can be accidentally wrinkled, ripped, or harmed in other ways, rendering them un-readable. Scanning these files can ensure that this won't happen to you.

Once the files are in electronic format, they can be retrieved by simply typing a few search terms. This way the files can be viewed over and over and never be damaged or misplaced.

Since these publications come in all shapes and sizes, we recommend filling out our instant quote form -- so you can inform us of all the details of your project. We will then determine the necessary methods to fulfill your request and contact you with an accurate estimate.

Additional Features
  • Save valuable time by searching the text of an electronic document versus flipping through a poorly indexed paper copy.
  • Locate articles electronically in seconds versus manually searching the table of contents of multiple volumes.
  • Diagrams and models are retained as images within each document.
  • Items that cannot be unbound or publications too small for document feeders may still be glass scanned.
  • Implementation of 4-step quality control cycle.
