Naming and Indexing
So now you have all your files digital...how can you intelligently organize the files so that they're easy retrievable? Your options range from simple a simple file-naming scheme to coding fields and holding the images in a database. With your help we can decide what the best method is for your situation.

For instance, if you are a service provider and we just scanned your historical invoices, it would probably be best to name each file by an invoice number. However, if you are a government contractor or larger organization, coding fields such as the contract number and date and importing the documents to an existing database might be a better option.

As you can see, there are several options when it comes to imaging your documents and we would be more than happy to discuss them with you. Do not hesitate to contact us today and start thinking digital!
